President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has decided to dismiss the head of the Konstantinovka city military administration in Donetsk region, Oleksiy Roslov. The reasons for this decision remain unknown, according to the corresponding decree No. 204 of December 1.

According to the official website of the community, Roslov's last activity was the signing of an order on November 27, in which he ordered the heads of organizations and enterprises of the community to deliver summonses to persons liable for military service to the TCC and monitor their arrival.

It is important to note that Zelenskyy appointed Roslov as the head of Kostiantynivka on April 10, 2022. This military administration was established in the city for the first time and became one of the first at the local level in Ukraine.

There are 36 city military administrations in Donetsk region covering the territories not occupied by Russia. Konstantynivka, which is the third largest after Kramatorsk and Sloviansk, is one of them.

On November 28, Zelenskyy also dismissed Anatoliy Hryhorenko from the post of head of the Kuryliv Rural Military Administration in Kharkiv Oblast by order #199. Oleksandr Baulin was appointed as the new head, which was announced by Decree 205 of December 1.

This area borders Kupiansk, which was the site of the Russian army's offensive, and is under the threat of active hostilities. It is important to note that Zelenskyy continues to make changes to the leadership in response to current challenges in different regions of the country.
