    This berry dessert is a perfect choice for lovers of fresh and light treats. It combines with the natural taste of cottage cheese and sour cream, creating a rich texture and delicate taste, and the berries add brightness and sourness. Here's how to make a delicious and beautiful "Forest Berries" cake.

    Ingredients
    For the base:

    200 g cookies
    100 g butter
    For the filling:

    400 g cottage cheese
    150 g sugar
    400 g sour cream
    10 g gelatin
    1 packet of fruit jelly
    250 g berries (red and black currants)
    Preparation
    Let's start with the base. Crush the cookies into crumbs using a blender or by hand. Then melt the butter and add it to the cookies, mixing thoroughly. Place the resulting mass in a form covered with baking paper and spread it evenly over the bottom. Put the form in the refrigerator so that the base hardens.

    Let's move on to the filling. Pour a small amount of water over the gelatin so that it swells, then heat it up and stir well until completely dissolved. Cool it.

    In a deep bowl, beat the cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Add the dissolved gelatin and stir again using a whisk.

    Take the form with the base out of the refrigerator and pour the curd mixture onto it. Return the form to the refrigerator for 3 hours so that the filling hardens.

    While the filling hardens, prepare the fruit jelly according to the instructions on the package or make it yourself by dissolving the gelatin in juice or water and adding a little sugar.

    When the curd filling hardens, carefully place the berries on top and pour a small amount of the prepared jelly over them so that they "stick" a little. Return the cake to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to prevent the berries from floating when pouring the main jelly layer.

    After the berries have set, pour in the remaining jelly and leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight to completely set.

    This dessert will delight not only with its taste, but also with its bright appearance, which can be easily adapted to different seasons, changing the berries depending on the time of year.
