The Lviv Research Institute was sold for 60 million hryvnias

The State Property Fund of Ukraine successfully held an auction for the sale of the Lviv Research and Design Institute "LvivbudmNDiproekt", which was sold for 60.1 million hryvnias. This was reported by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitaliy Koval.

The auction started with a starting price of 23.7 million hryvnias, which increased 2.53 times as a result of competition between four bidders. High interest in the object indicates its significant value and potential for development.

"LvivbudmNDiproekt" is located in the densely populated district of Lviv - Sykhivskyi. The Stryi park and square are located near the institute, which makes its location even more attractive. The main activity of the institution, according to the Charter, is technical testing and research.

The new owner will receive three real estate objects: an administrative building, non-residential premises and a water tower building. This provides ample opportunities for the use and development of the acquired property.

According to the terms of the sale, the new owner is obliged to repay arrears from wages and to the budget, as well as not to fire the company's employees within six months. These are important conditions that will help ensure the stability of the institute's work and the social security of its employees.

It should also be noted that the State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for sale the "Kozatskyi" hotel, located on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in the very center of Kyiv. The starting price of the lot is 155 million 486 thousand 115 hryvnias. This testifies to the active privatization policy pursued by the Fund, aimed at the efficient use of state property.
