The National Bank of Ukraine sells real estate and land plots through electronic auctions

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has announced open auctions through the Prozorro electronic system for the sale of real estate and land plots owned by it. These assets were acquired by the National Bank of Ukraine in an exceptional manner as a result of debt repayment for refinancing loans granted to banks of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the regulator.

As part of this initiative, various objects are put up for sale, including non-residential buildings and land plots. For example, among the objects that the NBU is going to sell are non-residential buildings and facilities of the "Sokil" children's camp in the city of Irpin, Kyiv region, with a total area of ​​1,979.20 square meters, as well as other property in various regions of Ukraine.

The planned dates of the auctions have already been determined: July 25, 2024 for objects in Irpen and Yampol, as well as August 1, 2024 for land plots in the Kyiv region intended for construction.

For a detailed review of each lot and the terms of participation in the auction, it is suggested to visit the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine, where a complete list of assets offered for sale is posted. Information about the status of each lot, its description, approximate initial sale price, and photos are also available there.

The regulator also noted that this step was implemented in accordance with all legislative requirements of Ukraine, including the Law "On the National Bank of Ukraine" and relevant executive acts of the NBU. The initiative is aimed at optimizing the management of the bank's assets and maximizing their efficiency.
