Ciklum acquires US-based Infogen to develop digital solutions

Ciklum, an international software development company based in Kyiv, has announced the acquisition of Infogen Labs, an American digital consulting company, which strengthens its capabilities in Microsoft Stack, SalesForce, as well as in Edge technologies such as AR, VR, and the development of games and content in three-dimensional format. This became known from the press service of Ciklum on Facebook.

According to the announcement, the acquisition of Infogen Labs opens up new opportunities for Ciklum in the US market and helps it accelerate the development of innovative solutions. The deal amount remains confidential.

Founded in 2002, Ciklum has already achieved significant success. According to Forbes, the company earned UAH 4.8 billion in 2022 and was ranked among the top 50 exporters in Ukraine in 2022 ($148 million), with more than 4,000 employees.

The Infogen team consists of more than 350 specialists and specializes in advanced technologies such as augmented and virtual reality.

The integration of Infogen into Ciklum's structure will allow the latter to expand its global influence. According to the companies' representatives, common approaches to cooperation with clients and creation of a unique customer experience will ensure successful development in the retail, financial and high-tech verticals.

Infogen CEO Sanjeev Kuwadekar will join Ciklum and continue to develop Infogen's key services under the new brand.
