In the town of Dzhankoi in annexed Crimea, russia has halted education in general educational institutions to accommodate its military.

Additionally, according to the Ukrainian army, the russian military leadership is planning to transfer some units from the 102nd russian military base in Armenia to the territory of Ukraine. As reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, suicides and self-mutilation cases have increased among the russian servicemen who are already fighting on the territory of Ukraine.
