The state program e-Housing is gaining momentum: loans for 269 million UAH were issued in a week

The affordable mortgage program "e-Housing" continues to function actively, providing Ukrainians with the opportunity to obtain their own housing on favorable terms. Over the past week, 157 loans were issued within the framework of the initiative for a total amount of 269 million UAH.

According to the Government Portal, since the start of the "e-Housing" program, 15,456 families have already taken advantage of its benefits, and the total amount of loans issued exceeded 25.1 billion UAH. This indicates a stable demand for affordable housing, especially among socially important categories of the population.

Among those who received a housing loan last week, the largest share is made up of military personnel and representatives of law enforcement agencies - 47 people. Also, 14 medical workers, 11 teachers, 4 scientists, 62 families who do not have their own housing, 15 internally displaced persons and 4 veterans received mortgages.

The most active loans were issued in the Kyiv region, where 56 loans were issued. In the capital, this figure was 42 loans, in the Lviv region - 11, and in the Odessa region - 9. These regions traditionally demonstrate high demand for housing, which is explained by economic activity and population concentration.

During 2024, the largest number of loans were issued by Ukrainians who do not have their own housing or its area does not meet regulatory requirements - 248 loans, which is 40% of the total number of borrowers. Military personnel and law enforcement officers took second place in the number of loans received - 209 (34%). Internally displaced persons issued 63 loans, which is 10% of the total.

Given the high demand and a significant number of loans issued, the eHousing program remains an important tool for supporting Ukrainians in housing issues, especially during a difficult period for the country.
