Canapes with mushrooms and egg

Canapes are an ideal appetizer for any table. This dish is prepared quickly, looks aesthetically pleasing and goes well with different tastes. The ease of preparation allows you to diversify the recipe depending on your preferences, and the use of pickled mushrooms adds piquancy.

To prepare, you will need:

several pieces of white bread;
3-4 chicken eggs;
2 cloves of garlic;
salt and pepper to taste;
mayonnaise;
fresh dill or green onions;
200 g of pickled mushrooms.
Start by preparing the bread. It should be cut into small cubes so that the canapes are easy to take with your hands. For this, it is better to choose bread with a dense texture so that it does not get soggy from the filling.

Next, boil the eggs hard. Peel them and grate on a fine grater. Add a little salt, black pepper, chopped garlic and mayonnaise to the resulting mass. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Now move on to forming the snack. Apply a small amount of egg mixture to each piece of bread, spreading it evenly over the surface. This base will make the canapes more filling and tender.

Use herbs for decoration: finely chop dill or green onions. They will add freshness and make the dish brighter. Sprinkle herbs over the egg mixture.

The final accent will be pickled mushrooms. Put one mushroom on a toothpick, and then fix it in the center of each canape. You can use both champignons and honey mushrooms - they give the snack an interesting taste.

It is best to serve canapes with mushrooms on a large platter, beautifully laying them out in one layer. This snack will decorate your table and delight your guests with its taste and appetizing appearance.
