The causes of cellulite are manifold, and among them we can distinguish both hereditary predisposition and hormonal disorders. Recent studies show that problems with the thyroid gland or pancreas can also provoke the appearance of cellulite. Lack of physical activity plays an important role in this process, as hypodynamia contributes to poor blood circulation and fat accumulation in problem areas.

But not only internal factors affect the condition of the skin. Poor ecology, constant stress, improper nutrition, alcohol abuse and smoking, as well as tight clothing - all this creates ideal conditions for the appearance of cellulite. Modern life, full of bad habits and stress, serves as a breeding ground for this “enemy”, which seems impossible to defeat.

Nevertheless, it is quite possible to fight cellulite. To do this, you need to pay attention to your health from an early age. Regular exercise, a balanced diet and avoidance of bad habits - this is the first line of defense against cellulite. An important role in the fight against this condition is played by cosmetic procedures such as massages, wraps and specialized creams that help to improve blood circulation and strengthen the skin. However, the earlier you start taking care of your body, the less chance of cellulite appearing in the future.
