Since the beginning of 2024, Ukrainian military funds have managed to collect UAH 223.3 million for the purchase of ground drones for the Defense Forces of Ukraine. This information was published on the Delo.ua portal with a link to open sources.
A representative of the company Tencore, which is engaged in the development of ground drones, emphasized that about 80% of all purchases of ground drones are made thanks to volunteers. This indicates a high level of public support for the Ukrainian military.
"It is much easier and faster for foundations to conclude agreements with developers of new types of weapons, bypassing lengthy state procedures. Thanks to the efforts of volunteers, drones quickly reach the front, where they are most needed," the company representative said in a comment.
Among the military foundations that made the largest contributions, it is worth noting the Serhiy Prytula Foundation, KOLO, United24, Dignitas and Volonter by prom. For example, only the Asylum Fund collected UAH 60.8 million from June to September for the purchase of the Shablya and Rys automated turrets.
The United24 Fund has also achieved significant success, raising UAH 110 million and continuing active fundraising for the army for more than 12 different types of ground drones. These drones include turrets, minesweepers, destroyers, evacuation and logistics drones.
The "Come Back Alive" charity fund also continues fundraising as part of the "Let's live here 2.0" campaign and has already collected over UAH 40 million from the UAH 100 million planned for collection.
In addition, the KOLO charity fund in cooperation with "Vchasno" and Tabetki.ua held several meetings, accumulating funds for 21 ground robotic complexes. These efforts testify to the activity and solidarity of Ukrainian society in supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
