Ukraine is actively calling on Indian government officials and entrepreneurs to take an active part in rebuilding the country and deepening bilateral cooperation. This was announced during the Ukrainian thematic seminar "Ukraine-India: Investment Opportunities for a Better Future" within the framework of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, one of the most influential global investment forums, which for the first time chose Ukraine as its partner country.

During the event, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko called on the Indian government and business to engage in joint initiatives and mutual investments, with a particular emphasis on establishing joint ventures in Ukraine.

"We are starting to rebuild Ukraine right now, regardless of the end of the war, and we invite India, our reliable partner and an important player in the global arena, to join this process. We are interested in implementing joint ventures in Ukraine as it will create new jobs, provide additional budget revenues and contribute to the sustainability of our economy and strengthen our defense capabilities," emphasized Svyrydenko.

Volodymyr Kuzio, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, also noted the successful experience of cooperation between Ukraine and India in the pharmaceutical and metallurgical sectors. In addition, he suggested that Indian companies consider investing in renewable energy, transportation, logistics, and biofuel production, which, according to him, could become key drivers of Ukraine's economic growth after the war.
