After the liberation of Bucha (Northern Ukraine), only 3,700 people remained in the city, Mayor Anatoliy Fedoruk said on the air of the UA Razom telethon.

However, the mayor does not advise citizens to return to the city yet - demining operations are ongoing. In 2021, Bucha's population was estimated at around 30,000 people.
