Yesterday in Kyiv (Northern Ukraine) occupiers used anew weapon for the first time - shells descending on parachutes, - the deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Gerashchenko.

"It is the first time it came to our notice. The Russians are using the most brutal weapons", - Anton Gerashchenko said.
